Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for expanding the import and export business of hardware tools, developing new customers, maintaining existing customers, and achieving sales targets.

  2. Handle the full customer process, including quotation negotiations, order follow-up, and after-sales coordination.

  3. Monitor industry trends and new product directions, and propose product optimization and channel promotion suggestions.

  4. Oversee the entire order process, coordinate production and logistics, and handle complaints and exceptions.

  5. Complete other sales-related tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in international trade, Japanese, or related fields preferred.

  2. 1-3 years of foreign trade sales experience; experience in hardware industry import/export is a plus.

  3. Proficient in business Japanese in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (N1 level), with basic English reading and writing skills.

  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills, goal orientation and execution ability, high stress tolerance, and good professional ethics.
